of Payment
Top
Guides are not able to accept credit card bookings.
Cheques
for deposits will only be accepted if mailed to Top Guides to confirm a
booking
Bookings
are confirmed when Top Guides are in receipt of the minimum deposit.
Payment
in full is required,on or before the activity commences and is strictly cash.
The
Client may cancel the booking up to seven days prior to commencement of the
activity and will receive a full refund of any related payments. After
that time, Top Guides will retain the minimum deposit and any additional
payments will be refunded.
Top
Guides reserve the right to cancel a booking at any time and a full refund
will be issued. Top Guides will not be held responsible for any
consequential damages or expenses as a result of any cancellation.
